What had begun as an informal Last-Tuesday-of-the-month jam session at the Venice Cafe self-evolved into Funkabilly, the feared reincarnation of Go Dog Go, boosted by a couple of rowdies from A Perfect Fit. This document, recorded one blisteringly hot summer in 1994 captures the fun and the ferocity of a Funkabilly show. An added attraction - track 11 features the World's Most Dangerous Poet, Bill Green declaiming "That Kind Of September."
